It's been more than 10 times in a month.... routes never cooperate each other. When I take the bus to downtown, the other bus just left a seconds ago. Wrote feedback to transit, but they NEVER tried to change it.
I understand bus can a bit late and it is fine, but 0 cooperation makes me unable to give even 1 star.

Don't really wanna say it, but the managers need to be fired.

*Update: Same as Ride on Demand. They rarely cooperate with the main route. Even worse, the driver purposely not to contact the main route (eg: sunridge station). I asked if she could tell the bus driver to stop a second, and she refused and said it's my fault. Note that I booked ride on demand for about 15~20 minutes earlier before the bus came. Also, when the driver drives me to the station, the bus just left a second ago.

What’s with all the Bus time cancellations with barely any notice? Many people rely on the transit system to get to work and can’t afford to take cabs when the bus sporadically decides to cancel a scheduled stop. As a taxpayer who pays your wages I expect better and every Lethbridge resident I talk to who uses the transit system agrees. The city needs to get its act together and the low online ratings speaks for itself.

Recently had to start taking the transit again, temporarily, and it's completely changed. I'm tired of the connecting bus NOT connecting. The new system sucks.

What's crazy is that I don't think anything is going to change! The system will stay sucking.

routes are being cancelled WAY too often and with no notice (nothing posted in the “news” section on app/ website). how are people supposed to arrange and plan transportation to get to work? we’re halfway through the month and i’ve already had to spend an extra $50 on transportation (bird scooters/ taxi/ uber), all because of this poor transit service. the weather hasn’t even gotten bad yet so i’m very concerned. why is this happening and how will it be fixed?

Buses will pull up beside each other to transfer but they won't let you off nor radio the other bus to make them stop, so you will always miss your connection.
I have to edit my review to say things have gotten worse than before and the lady who answers the 311 line basically barks at you, has no tact or customer service skills and is completely incapable of helping with anything. That operator nor the actual employees know how their payment systems work. It's appalling how they can take payment so easily yet they don't acknowledge when you do and make you pay again. Crazy. I'd rate zero stars if possible.

I know the buses get late sometimes, some buses exchange 5 people every minute and at some hot spots 10-15 people at one stop really take a lot of time, it’s not as though the drivers are sleeping on the job or being slow or sloppy. The problem is definitely not the drivers fault I know they are doing their best, I left my bike on the bus and I’ve been panicking for the past hour, I called the transit and Chase came himself to bring my bike. I am just so grateful, I couldn’t say thank you enough

I have been using Public Transportation since I came to Canada that is a couple of Months ago. Never been any issues or anything besides the buses gets late sometimes but Most of the Drivers are really Kind and Respectful so that makes it up but Today when i was taking 62 number Bus which goes to the College and then to the City Center There was that Particular Indian Lady Driver she was very very Rude to me as we reached to the college she suddenly asked me " Where do you wanna get off " then i asked her politely if the bus is getting off like out of service then she said " THAT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS" she said i cannot take more then 1.5 rounds and also kind of threatening me that she will call her Supervisor. Honestly i had no idea about this thing cause i have never had any Bus Driver saying something like that to me before. I will get off where it would be more convenient for me and today it was very cold and snowy so i did not wanted to walk more. Even if she was right about the 1.5 rounds thing i didn't liked the way how she addressed it. Her Tone was also very Rude as if My Existence was bothering her I was just minding my own Business the whole time. I have seen a couple of Videos How Indians be treating their own people while Being Abroad Today I got to experience it as well. I will be never getting in that Bus in which that Lady would be Driving.

I use transit system everyday and all the drivers are very calm and respectful except one driver who drives the number 2 bus and maybe he is new. He is kinda rude with almost everyone
