Went in today and had a very nice conversation with a young man who had IMPECCABLE NFL football knowledge. Kid has a bright future ahead of him and is an incredible conversationalist. I would go as far as to say he deserves a raise. He told me he was a Bills fan, and I as a Packers fan complimented their draft pick and he did the same. 10/10 experience, would give 1000 stars if possible.

Went to get hats and get them embroidered they said it would take 20 minutes and ended up going back multiple times at which point they said it will take another 20 minutes and this repeated until our hats were finally done 4 hours later and they completely messed up the location of my embroidery putting it straight through a design on my hat instead of the open space below we had agreed upon

Took possession of an Eagles jersey this which Alexis was gracious to put aside for me. When I got home I discovered that the jersey wasn't updated for this season with the new font of the "EAGLES" on the front,but rather previous season's stock. Would be nice if they updated their inventory.

I go to lids in the pen centre to have hats made for a non profit group I’m a part of called RISKTAKERS. We feed and clothe the homeless! I deal with the store manager Tiffany everytime! She’s very professional and very good at what she does. I’ve had over 30 hats made so far and I will continue to deal with her to make many more! Thanks Tiff!!
