Incredibly rude, refused to drive 20 minutes for an emergency. I offered to pay whatever they wanted and they continued to say things like “well obviously,”, “it’s not about the money”. I’ve never been spoken too by a business like this IN MY LIFE. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Just wanted to say thank you to Debbie for helping me in time of need! Thank you for showing up at my place and helping me with my car during the night. I had the worst anxiety and couldn’t get anyone to come help me and you really went out of your way and saved my day and my car when I had nobody I knew in this town! Claims to be a "Listowel" taxi yet is constantly in Palmerston. Frequently >45 min waits due to this. Attrocious service. Sometimes dispatch sends someone, only for them to not pick me up. Overall garbage company.

The woman who answered the phone had the most atrocious phone manners, very rude before I had a chance to say anything! Refused to send a taxi based on a previous call from someone else. She then proceed to yell at me, hang up on me and had either left the phone off the hook or blocked my number. If it was possible to give negative stats I would.

I was taken on a long trips several times by Ann and a few other drivers. Ann in particular, made the trips pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend their services to anyone!

Very reckless driver. Observed a woman driving a Listowel Taxi go through the main crosswalk when children were crossing, then make a turn without signaling.
Wreckless driver!....really scraping the bottom of the barrel when it comes to Listowel Taxi drivers !!!

UNRELIABLE!
My niece had a wedding on June 22, 2019 in Moorefield and called ahead to ensure her guests would have a safe ride home with Listowel taxi. When we called to arrange a ride at 12:30 we were told “oh my god girl, we just sent a taxi there. We can’t drive you.” Then he hung up. We called back 3 times with a similar, unprofessional response. How lovely it was being stranded in a town 15 mins away from our bed and breakfast with no safe way to get home. Do not arrange for them to drive your guests for events- they will not provide safe rides to your guests.
