It's always fun to float down the river. We were there on a Saturday and there were tons of others there but you still did not feel overcrowded. We brought our own floats but you can rent them also. At the end spot they arrange for a ride back to those whose rented floats back to thier vehicles.

Can see it from my house! Love it! One of the most beautiful places on earth! Fantastic swimming hole, so warm! It Gets pretty busy from the tubers existing from there in the summer.

Great place to swim. If you are not tubing, the later the better (no crowd) clean water. Nice scenery. Extremely peaceful.

This is the place you want to make sure to get off your tube at. It's deep enough in a few places to have a nice swim off to the side. If you swim in the middle you will get pulled downstream if you're not a strong swimmer. Very fun, approximate 2 hour float down the river.....don't forget to bring some change for the guy selling ice cream about 1/4 way down...I hear he's going to have dairy-free options too!

The river current was very slow It took us almost 3 hours to get the beach. It was fun.

It was a very fun, slow time on a sunny warm day. There were about 4 little rapids but overall safe with kids. Be careful of the logs that stick out. There were few very shallow areas where you could get stuck. Took about 1.5 hours if you use your paddles otherwise 2-3 hours.

It's a fun place to be in the summer. You can cool off while watching the tubers drift to shore. It is a beautiful place to go in the winter as well.
In the winter, very few people go to little beach, which makes it a great place to think. The river rushes by so quickly in winter, the view and the sound become hypnotic.
