The management and staff of the lively in and sweets.
Have been very accommodating to people's needs. And yeah, they will bend over backwards to help people. So, yeah, I do why you recommend lively and and suites. Yeah, I do.
The staff there is phenomenal. They take care of whatever needs to be taken care of and yeah, there's no issues.

Not very clean. Desk clerk very hard to understand He did not understand me nor did I understand him . Clutter behind night stand. Bath tub needs new non slip stickers. Will not recommend or stay there again.

We were riding through and need a place to stay. The room was perfect and the place is very welcoming. Highly recommended this place

The owner is a great guy and the hotel is completely up to par with best westerns, and the price is perfect for what they give you.
The stay was great, as a shameless, and shirtless man came up to us outside while we were smoking cigarettes, and asked us for drugs, then explained his last re-up caused their 5 hour drive to turn into a 15 hour drive. Later, his friend slept in his car and watched our truck for the night. Thanks Cliff ?

Ps the Chinese food next door is worth it.

Fantastic customer service!
Rooms are a bit dated but the owners are working on it. In my room new mattresses that were very comfy, brand new microwave and a nice TV with a good cable package. Would definitely stay again!

Had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly. The location was great, right by Tim Hortons and a gas station without having to go into Sudbury, but also very close to the city. There's a little public beach on a lake up the road from it, nice quiet area. Apparently new ownership recently. Great stay.
