I've used them 2yrs in a row for an annual golf trip & they've been a pleasure to deal with. They're organized and was able to pull up last years invoice and give us a great rate repeat rate. Vehicles are clean, on time and drivers have always been pleasant. Had the best customer service call I've had in years with Barb York- just ask for her. She's been extremely helpful. Here's a pic of the party bus that me & the boys will be rolling up to the course in... and honestly really well priced after splitting with 8 guys.. Make the call.

Terrible experience. Had an appointment for 9 am. sat there all day and didn't get served till 4 pm. The bill ended up at $600. More than expected. Installed parts we didn't discuss. New part installed broke driving out of service bay and took another 2 hrs to repair. The car was only repaired on the day of the appointment because I threatened to leave. I do not recommend this place.

Disappointing experience. Called 2 days in advance to schedule a cab for a specific time and date. I get a call 15 minutes prior to pickup - “we’re about 5-6 minutes behind schedule.” That’s okay.

I called at 8 minutes past (this is cutting it close, which is why I booked TWO DAYS in advance!!), now it’s another “5-10 minutes.”

Unacceptable and unreliable, unfortunately. If I didn’t have quick access to a vehicle I’d have missed out on a fully prepaid trip.

While in the past my experiences with lockerby taxi may not have been the greatest, today was definitely the exception. The driver I had today was thoughtful and sweet. I had just missed my bus and was feeling out of sorts and he pretty much saved me. He got me to my workplace with enough time to get some breakfast in on the side. After a string of bad days, he felt like an angel on wheels. Thank you so much kind driver, whoever you are. Just like the old superhero trope, I didn't even get his name.

Terrible experience. On my way back from Sudbury hospital, van had broken windshield, front bumper on with zip ties, no A/c in the back, filthy!!!! Vehicle exchanged with another with no obvious broken parts but still filthy no A/c in the back. Do not recommend.

Got the rudest dispatcher ever.. my daughter can't even get home from downtown..without paying first!! Since when do you pay a cab upfront? She has no money to pay upfront..I called the dispatcher to to see if i could pay by visa debit..man oh man!! He was rude..and MEAN!! Practically yelling at me..if you can't work with the public..STAY HOME!!Thank God for Aarons Taxi!! I'll never take this cab again..even with the app..cuz some of their drivers are rude too!!
