Hit or miss bus schedules most of the time. Some drivers are inconsiderate. The fare is expensive for the service you get. Buses are mostly delayed and sometimes no show. Routes are not good esp in industrial areas where people work. They are a headache to fellow commuters and customer service is not good. Due to their unreliability, we have to take a cab or uber to catch our appointment and work schedule. Just disappointing.

I had a wonderful experience with the LTC this week. The 28 arrived earlier and I was able to catch my transfer bus to the Mission store. The driver of the Natural science via wonderland bus was very kind.
I got to work just after nine o clock. I have come to learn this week that the LTC has it's highs and lows. Some drivers are miserable while others are wonderful and hardworking. I have had drivers in the past who have treated me with courtesy and respect, and made my ride enjoyable. For all the positive drivers, I give this company a 7 out of 10.

Trying to take the 17 bus has become an absolutely dreadful experience almost every time I take it. Always at least half an hour delayed, and the international students are very inconsiderate of other people. The other day when I was taking the bus a woman was trying to get on with her stroller and at least 8 people were trying to shove their way in front of her as she was getting the stroller onto the bus. A family member of hers had to come out and yell at them to back off. I am 6 months pregnant and I always have people shoving themselves into me when I'm trying to get on a crowded bus, I fell getting onto the bus last week because I had 2 people trying to butt in front of me while I was boarding. Not to mention the fact they don't move for pregnant women such as myself, the elderly, small children etc. I know there's not a whole lot the bus drivers can do about this but someone needs to hold these people accountable.

Generally I have an okay time with taking the LTC - and most bus drivers are respectful towards me, and I understand that different bus drivers might do things differently and that they try to be on time… However, I took the 27 which I tend to take for school and etc. and it was raining, so when the bus made it to my stop, I took 5 seconds to click the button that closes the umbrella, and he told me that I was being an inconvenience to him as he “did not have the time for this.” Which I have to say is ridiculous because I was alone at my stop, it’s not like I was taking more than 10 seconds, and I scanned my card as I was doing so too. Like dude can’t wait a mere 5 seconds apparently but imagine if there were more than 5 people waiting at my stop? or someone who needs the ramp? Are you gonna tell them to hurry up too?

Update 9/26/24 - I give them NEGATIVE 5 ?.
Again today the #10 was completely unreliable to get me to work on time. I was going to catch a the 10:05 (rough time) at the LTC office so I could get to my job at Highbury and Huron before 10:30 so I could start my shift at 11:00. However I was informed at 9:50 when I called the LTC office that the Highbury was not due to the LTC office until 10:55. That is at least 2 missed scheduled buses.

I had to catch the #7 downtown to catch the #15 back to the east end at Huron and Highbury. Terrible, terrible service. However, att this point it seems like it may be the way to go. My concern is having to wait downtown for the transfer to the number #7 after work in the dark.

The #10 (HIGHBURY) bus route is by far one of the worst routes there is in the city of London. Absolutely no concern or consideration for the people who depend on that bus to get them to and from work. In the last 2 weeks on my way, to or from work, one whole schedule route has been missed leaving me to have to wait 40 or 45 minutes to get the next bus. And today, 3 buses in a row did not come 78 minutes behind schedule.
It is CONSISTENTLY LATE & COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE at the best of times. But today, UNBELIEVABLE! ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS SERVICE.

I am held hostage to this route as it is the only option I have for buses to get me directly to work from where I live. I cannot walk to work due to the construction on Highbury between Dundas & Oxford, otherwise I would. Catching taxi's is too costly and the 95 that goes from White Oaks Mall to the college only runs at peak times in the morning and mid afternoon and does not help me today and it does not run on weekends.

If giving ZERO STARS was an option, I would have.

Worst Transit I've ever taken. I have had 2 different accidents while riding London Transit. 1 wasn't the buses fault the other was ( the driver ran a red light and when the bus was hit the driver told everyone he " had the right away and for us to say that). I was almost hit by a bus crossing the road because the driver wasn't looking BOTH ways before turning. I have been on busses where the driver has laughed as she pulled away from someone who was waiting to get on but she refused to open the door for them. I have waited for a bus for 4 hours and then had it " out of service" as it pulled up. The drivers think they are entitled on the roads and have come very close to hitting other vehicles as they pull away/ up to a stop. The price to ride is ridiculous for the service they actually provide. The drug use/ urine/ poop/ vomit/ dirty diapers that just stay there makes for a very Smelly ride. Honestly I now will pay 80 bucks to take a cab from one side of London to the other before getting onto another London Transit bus. I don't feel safe and my children don't feel safe. The drivers don't do anything if you complain about someone shooting up beside you or if someone touches you inappropriately. The busses are the most unsafe thing in London

To be honest the worst public transportation. Most of the drivers are very rude, inconsistent and inconsiderate. I feel unsafe riding the bus, drivers don’t care if someone’s dying or trying to hurt you on the bus, so instead I just walk around london which I feel is safer than riding a bus.

Why the bus number 7 or 10 is always late or delayed? It should be on proper time so that we can reach accordingly! Every day its been delayed or departed early! This should be fixed. There should be more buses at fuller street number 10 route. It takes an hour to wait for the next bus in the evening!
