Cant believe how this company can honestly raise prices when they know the city is in construction mode and everything is off, and they can blame people for not feeling bad for them

London transit is the worst. I’ve had drivers literally see me run wait til I get to them and then shake their heads and drive away. Customer service either never answers/responds/or does anything to make a situation better. Routes are completely messed up and quite often requires 10-15 min of walking between buses or just to catch one to start depending on destination. Hello we live in Canada this is especially brutal to deal with during the winter. I really hope you guys come up with a better more customer friendly system to combat that issue.

In my area 35 no bus route. but the last route timming is very early. its 8:30 pm. at least the last route will be 10:30. most of the people facing problem. solve this issue. and change the timming of the 35 no bus. that will be really good appreciated.otherwise timming are really worse.
