Pas de lumières au plafond mais les installations y sont ..pas de chaise mais une table...la cafetière était remplis d eau mais pas de sachet de café....support de téléviseur au mur vide inutilisé et à la place une télévision 15 pcs des années 80...lit très inconfortable..vraiment déçu de toutes cette liste pour une chambre à 100 $ la nuit ! ||.

It's hardly fancy or new, but for $110 for one person, it's more than adequate. Everything was clean, the bed wasn't super soft (thankfully), plenty of hot water, a decent sized fridge and microwave, as well as good internet wifi. Check in was fast and friendly. I'd certainly go back if needing to again stay in Longlac.

We were very happy with the cleanliness of our room as well as the room rate. Very reasonable. While I was outside getting luggage the owner (Clark) came out and asked me how we liked our room and we chatted for 10 minutes. That was a great personal touch. The motel was clean, comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay again if I'm traveling through the area.

It's an older motel but it's extremely clean and very well maintained. The owner is an awesome guy who really seems to care about his customers. I'm a truck driver and my truck broke down and it's -42 outside. When I called to make sure there was a room available for myself and my dogs he went and turned the heat way up for me so that the room would be nice and toasty when I got here. I'm usually not a fan of the older motels but this one is top notch! Very well taken care of. Very clean.

Clean, comfortable but definitely on the retro side of things. The Staff was great (even when I arrived after hours) and it was an easy check in. I stayed a night while travelling through and I was very satisfied. Good wifi, comfortable bed, quiet night and at a great price. What else do you need?

I had to setup my google account just to write this review, if you have any thought of going to this place I cannot stress this enough DO NOT.

Me and my parents stayed here late august on a road trip. Upon arrival my dad goes to check us into 2 rooms.
As my dad goes to pay for the 2 rooms the guy at the desk secretly tries to charge us double for the 2 rooms (over $400 more than what we were supposed to pay) my dad catches onto this 5 minutes after payment and goes back to speak to the guy at the desk. The guy at the desk assures my dad that the $400 will be refunded that night. To this day (April 2022) there has been no sign of any refund. We actually went to follow up on this but there was nobody working the desk from 8pm all the way until the time we left the next morning.

The quality of the rooms were some of the worst I’ve ever been in, you could tell absolutely nothing was cleaned from the person before, multiple toenail clippings in both beds aswell as tons of bugs all over the place… I counted at least 15 spiders along the walls. I guarantee the blankets on the bed weren’t washed and were just fitted back on the bed after the person before, it makes me wonder if the people who wrote the couple good reviews are ether blind or if they just work for the place. one of the chairs were broken and the whole room smelled terrible, the whole place was disgusting I’d much rather have slept in the truck.

I waited a few months to write this cause I thought maybe something would come from them literally stealing $400 from us but no. In conclusion nothing from this hotel deserves even a 1 star review… I’d give it 0 if I had the option… if the owners ever read this we still want our $400 back and I will continue to tell everyone We can to never step foot in this place. Every review you delete is more that I’ll keep posting.
