Dispatch failed on so many levels, as to make the service not worth a second shot. Booked an SUV online to the airport, at a set time. A few minutes before it was supposed to arrive, I get a message with a tracking link, saying a small sedan is on the way instead, and the tracking indicates the cab will be more than 20 minutes late. I called dispatch to see if a mistake had been made, and was told there was no vehicle specified, but the vehicle was only a few minutes away. Was told that in situations like this (I assume needing a specific size vehicle) that it's best to just call dispatch, as if it's industry standard for cab companies to offer online booking services they're incapable of following through on. He said the fleet didn't even have the SUVs listed on their booking page (likely why that information was simply dropped from the reservation) and offered to send a van instead. When I asked how long that would take, he first said "a few minutes" then when I pressed for what he meant by a few minutes, he said likely at least a half hour.
The car I did initially book was still 15 minutes late from the time I reserved, and since I opted to pay in advance at the online booking stage, I was never actually given a total, nor a quote for the trip.

Our driver was *awesome* so maybe if you're calling for a vehicle ASAP, and any car would do this company might be fine, but the online booking is unreliable at best, and dispatch was rude and unhelpful, while not effectively doing pretty essential parts of the job. Much of this might come down to technical errors and a bad day, but a booked cab to arrive 15 minutes late is dispatch dropping the ball in a major way.

Terrible service from dispatcher only. The driver was excellent. I specifically asked if I could pick up at my address on Woodstock Rd and be taken to Trius Dr. & me & my vehicle could be brought back to Woodstock rd.
When the kind driver arrived to pick me up at Woodstock rd, he had not been made aware of this arrangement at all. I was frustrated, not at him, but at the dispatcher. The driver felt badly. It's not his fault at all. I said not to worry. I would get a drive with my stupid boyfriend, which I was trying to avoid in the first place.
The moral of the story is that either your dispatcher was having a bad night or needs to pay better attention...NOT MY PROBLEM OR THE DRIVERS!!! AND, I hope this wasn't blamed on the driver!!! It totally wasn't his fault. I called ABC first, and they said they didn't offer the service of sending 2 drivers to drive you & your vehicle to where you want to go. That's why I called Loyal!!! If you don't offer this service, don't lie to customers!!!!!

3-Cheaper than all other cab companies
4-Drivers are friendly and helpful
5-Safe to travel anywhere anytime

Cab showing 5 min away when i booked app just showing looking for driver called dispatch saying will be there soon after 40 min i have to cancel the ride i have to walk to work no good service suggestions do not depend on loyal taxis. Even its showing 15 dollar and charged 20. Very strange.

SCAMMERS!! THEIFS!!! HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!! As soon as we got in the car the meter was at $100!!!!!! WE DIDN'T EVEN BUCKLE UP YET!! Our driver couldn’t stay between the lines, no signals whatsoever. AC GONE, we were roasting in the hot van. We were told by the company that we were only going to get charged $80, we were scammed. It was over $100 for a 15 minute drive. So disappointed, absolutely gagged, new years was ruined. ? 0 out 5 stars. Don’t ever use Loyal taxi service, use checkers instead SO MUCH CHEAPER AND WAY BETTER SERVICE AND DRIVERS!!

I have been charged twice for the same bill about 10 times, I never received the money back. I got tired of calling, send email, send a photo of the bill, they take advantage of the fact that here in Fredericton there is almost no public transportation, the taxi drivers sometimes make recordings almost everywhere. the city as long as the bill goes up to 50 or 60 dollars, seriously they are fast but scammers.

Very great service and always friendly!! Robert Cornford is my usual driver and its always a nice and friendly drive to wherever i’m going i also lost my hair tool in the car and he went out of his way to bring it back to me!! he’s the best 🙂
