Always late, rarely on time, rude service, app is never on real time or correct and the bus doesn't eve n show up sometimes prices are higher then cities with reliable service and at least u can pay once and ride all day on other cities transit not here. London is greedy

Not even in third world countries the buses are so unreliable like this. Many times they just disappear with no reason. Worst service I've ever seen!

I've honestly lived in this city for 15 years and used the buses twice a week, that makes that I have ridden the bus more then 1500 times. And the time for transfer hasn't changed and the price has gone up and more pointless routes

Quick service, and they were kind too. They just need to fix the microphones they use to talk to customers, but other than that, they're pretty cool!

If you don’t work bankers hours, good luck visiting the downtown office to load your card. Unclear why the LTC thinks the office doesn’t need to be open on weekends or even into the evening.
Further I find many of the ticket counter agents to be grumpy all the time.

Driver simply said there was lots of traffic when I asked why he was so late. Shrugged when I said I was waiting for half an hour. Always rude. People rely on this service to get to work, have a little respect for your customers.

The bus I was waiting literally never even came. I had to wait for the next bus so that was a good thirty minutes of my life wasted.
