I’ve been using Luxor Tours for over 3 years now and they’ve always been super helpful, responsive, and honest with me. Especially when it comes to multi-city trips that are trickier to book. They find you the best route within your budget and hold the price for a limited time if you choose to proceed. I would highly recommend Rafik!!

I’ve also found that when it comes to multi-city trips which have different luggage requirements, other airlines are not very honest. For example, in the past I had one trip where the first flight had 1 free luggage, second flight had 2 free luggage, and the third flight had a $104 charge for your first luggage and that was not made clear to me by the airline agent. Luxor Tours tells you the full price from the start and makes sure to work within your desired budget. My experience with them has been great every time!

Terribly disgusting experience with an agent at this company. Please take the time and read whole thing.

I was recommended an agent by the name of Natalia by a very close family friend. I am planning a wedding and needed a quote for 60+ people.
Natalia had given me a quote and i thought the prices were decent for the place i chose to get married (i had not talked to any other agents at this time).
Because i thought the prices were fair i decided to go ahead with the booking. I did miss the deadline for the first quote she had given me (i obviously needed to see the price before confirming that i would be continuing). So i had asked her for a second quote.
She then told me that i needed to get payment from all my guests and then forward it to her. I told her i am absolutely not taking responsibility for 60+ peoples payments and that’s her job to do.

First red flag was that she asked me for a 500$ deposit to continue working on my party because it was “a lot of work” for her and i had missed the first deadline she had provided. (She gave me 2-3weeks for guests to make deposits of 300$). I was very confused about this 500$ and pressed her to tell me why exactly she wanted this money as guests would be giving her deposits shortly. She then rescinded the 500$ “deposit” she was requesting.

Next red flag was i had asked her for a quote for a relative who would be flying in from another part of canada. She then took a picture of flight information from google ( i could have done that myself) and told me the discount would be 20$. I asked why it was only 20$ and she said “it was better than nothing”. That was the final straw and i knew something was sketchy about this lady.
**(There were a few more weird things she did but these 2 are the main things that caused me to Inquire elsewhere)

I then contacted another family friend who is a travel agent, and he told me my guests were grossly over charged by 290$-490$. He saved my guests over 300$ per person with a better airline.

Then he asked if i was offered compensation. (For the amount of guests i would be having i would be entitled to about 5-6 free tickets. Natalia did NOT ever mention free tickets.)

Lastly he told me she was also over charging deposits as she wanted 300$ and he said it’s usually 150$. (He laughed and said “she really wanted her money asap”).

Now i am livid at this point. How dare she take advantage of me after she had been recommended by someone who had given her business. I had called her and confronted her and she took ZERO accountability. She actually said “if you want to go ahead with the other guy”. I asked her why she wouldnt mention the free tickets and she said “i dont know how many people you would be having so why would i mention it before?”. (For every 10 people you get one ticket for free or at a major discount.)
WHY would she give me a quote for 60 people if i wouldnt have at least 60 people?
WHY would she think id have less than 10 people book? (10 people would secure at least ONE free ticket).

This company clearly has scammers and evil people working here who are so greedy and dont want the best for their clients. Please avoid Luxor Tours. If not please avoid Natalia at all costs.

I only dealt with luxor tours since I came to Canada 15 years ago and never had any problems..and they are always helpful if you need to change the reservation

The worst place to book your tickets, they will make it seem all easy till they take your money and then ignore you and make excuses by blaming the airline.
First they will say you have a free change, then when you change the date it'll cost you more than half the cost of the original ticket, and when you mention the free change they will give you a date more then 3 months away to force you to pay the difference.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as they are very dishonest and tricky and thrive to take your money upfront knowing it's the only way for them to get paid...
You're better off buying online, it's cheaper and hassle free!

Please don’t book ticket through this travel agent
These guys are very rude, i was supposed to get a refund on my qatar ticket which I booked through these people and qatar is saying that the money was refunded to the travel agent and the travel agent is supposed to refund me the my money back. They haven’t done it. Please directly book through the airlines itself . If you run into any issues and want your ticket refunded you will never get your money back through these travel agents. They are proper scammers!! Please be aware of these shady travel agents

Very happy and satisfied with the service rendered by Luxor Tours. Rafik did an excellent job in arranging our itinerary to get the best experience we have in Egypt. Just came back from our 10-day tour in Egypt and I say it exceeded my expectations.

Was delayed in Gatwick, called to ask for assistance and literally was told you will have to book again. No attempt to even assist was made. Might as well book through the airline at that point.
