This mobile home community has come a LONG way from its not so glorified past. The park is clean, quiet, and is an enjoyable and safe place to call home. Park Manager Amy is absolutely amazing! She has been with me every step of they way from purchasing my home in the park, to transitioning my property to a rental. She is always available, helpful, patient, and goes above and beyond for tenants of the park. It has been, and continues to be an absolute joy working with her.

I have lived in Lynwood Estates for over 2 years and I just want to share my experience for those who are interested in owning / renting here. I am a light sleeper and I always tell people who ask about the disturbance and noise level, "you can hear a pin drop", I always say. Management is always in the process of maintaining and improving the property. Snow removal is excellently maintained. Overall, it is a tailor court that does not feel like a tailor court. Come and check it out!

Love living here ! Amy is always ontop of anything that needs attention. Also very easy to deal with. This winter we didn't have much for snow but in years past its always been removed very quickly.

We've lived in lynwood now for a couple of years. Great place to live for anyone looking to rent or buy. Management is best there is of any landlord I've ever had. Anything that has ever needed attention while living here has always been looked after as quickly and professionally as possible. Would recommend!

This little community has really been made into a safe, and beautiful place to live. Amy Kerr and Capreit have been working hard to beautify Lynnwood and it shows! Our son also loves the community activities for kids like the coloring contests 🙂
