In the month of October I have been in the pharmacy several times to pick up prescriptions or ask for over the counter advice. The young man at Pick Up is the least interested person I have dealt with. Ever time he is leaning on the counter, playing on his phone. Does not greet you. Not even sure if he knows his alphabet. Not once was he able to open the drawer and take out a bag. Every time he has to ask the name more than once.
Blunt one word answers. Messy hair. Just out of bed look.
Extremely unprofessional. Management most be able to see this but to let it continue ! You have lost a customer. 😬

Called them over the phone and waited for minutes until someone picked up which wasnt really a problem; the problem was how inexperienced some of the workers sound. Didn’t feel like I was getting much help with what I was inquiring about. But when I physically go into the store many employees are really nice, but some can make the rest of them look bad, sadly.

A nice bright store set up kind of like a shoppers drug mart. A bit of everything from which to choose. Really friendly staff and great service. Mike is a fantastic pharmacist that is engaged and concerned about patient health. Recommend.
