Our school worked with Mike at Magic Bus to plan the most unique and fun 4 day trip to Whitehorse, Yukon for 44 students and 8 adults. Mike was well organized and connected well with our students during the trip. The company was easy to work with, very accomodating, and flexible. I guess you're only as good as the contractors your hire. For our recent school trip to Jasper / Marmot MagicBus Tours employed Golden Arrow buses and they were awful. I'll get into the specific in a review I'm about to leave them, but suffice it to say they were late, buses broke down, driver was unsafe and racist. I would not book MagicBus again if they continue to use Golden Arrow.

I would do this trip again. I was thankful the driver was safe and mindful in slippery road conditions. We are arrived at the hill at 11am (due to icy roads) and departed at around 4:30pm. I strongly recommend bringing rentals from a store in your town since the marmot rental lines are long (30+ mins).

Price feels steep considering you might only get 4.5 - 6 hours of skiing compared to a full 7 hours if you drive yourself and get a hotel.

I am in the midst of planning a junior high school trip for the first time and Pam has been an absolute lifesaver. She is so supportive and patient with this huge undertaking, and she is prompt and reassuring. I really appreciate all her help in making this easier and creating some amazing experiences and memories for almost 50 of my students!

Brutal. The night before the trip, the company delayed the pickup by an hour and then the next morning showed up over an hour late for the rescheduled pickup time. Then the bus broke down. It’s a beautiful day and no one is skiing.

Great service. Best way to ski marmot basin and other ski resorts. Price is reasonable and you don’t have to worry about driving and road conditions. I enjoyed my first trip with them yesterday and will be using this service regularly.
