I had an amazing time with them! I took the Quebec Winter Carnival tour and would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys solo travel but wants to feel safe. Jen, our tour director, went above and beyond to keep us entertained, and Sam, our driver, was both excellent and hilarious!

That said, I think the itinerary could use some improvements. The ride to Quebec City was quite long—around 8 hours—which made the journey a bit tiring. We also missed the parade, and our time at the Ice Hotel felt rushed. Many of us didn’t get a chance to watch the ice racing since we only had an hour for both that and lunch—I ended up prioritizing lunch.

We had the greatest time on the Christmas/New Years no fly cruise with Maple Leaf Tours. A great bus driver and awesome Tour Director got us to NYC hotel, on to the cruise ship, and home again safely. No problems or issues and smooth “sailing”. Such a great time. They are a well oiled machine!!!!!! I just hope I am able to go again sometime.

Quebec City did not disappoint with it's heritage buildings. Our hotel (the Clarendon) was very clean and comfortable and well situated for the going to the Christmas Market, however there were very few actual German vendors. Much of what was there was typical artisan displays. Our Tour Director Tiffany was excellent. Our bus driver, Henry was beyond words great. Always felt safe with him behind the wheel. Side trips were very worthwhile especially the copper museum. The bus, however, was cramped.

Amazingly well organized down to every detail! The bus, hotel, cruise, transfers, paperwork, check-ins, and so many extra perks 😀
Friendly, efficient, helpful, FUN!!!
Cathy Carson gets an A+++ as our Christmas Cruise tour director and all the staff in both the Kingston and Belleville offices were super helpful for this 1st time/nervous cruiser, travelling with her 15 yr old son, whom amongst the older crowd was made to feel special and one of the group 😉

Bus trip to Toronto to see Come From Away was great! We arrived in plenty of time to get some lunch first. The show was one of the best I've ever seen. Supper at the Mandarin was delicious, as always. The weather wasn't the best. But the driver was very competent. The hostess kept us entertained. No stress on the ride home. Thanks for an unforgettable day!
