I was initially confused and nervous about how I could get to where I needed through here, but it was straightforward. If you have large baggage, just tell the clerk your destination and you can get a stamped card to tie to it. Show the other one when you transfer or get off. The buses haven't shown the destination on the buses themselves, but they announce the destination when they stop here. I am taking the Moncton bus and will have to transfer to the Halifax bus. Photos taken after I got on the bus. Nice and easy. 🙂

I visited this place twice: to receive a package and to travel to Moncton.
Both times the cashier/CS does not smile nor respond to greetings.
It’s either they don’t like their job or aren’t paid well enough to SMILE.

Incredibly rude lady, there was a man who left his bottle on the floor and she flipped at him. This is a university town and students from abroad might not be fluent in English. She's also spent half the time complaining in the back of the desk. Moncton's stop was a lot better

Great prices on tickets and shipping, hospitality, well let's just say not there strongest suit. Don't get me wrong not ignorant by any means but I would say a smile goes a long way?
