Went to this place last week on Friday, wanted to book my first ever cruise trip, but the lady that I was talking to was very rude and to be honest she belittled me to a point she started texting her teammate and when I questioned her about that so acted like nothing, very unprofessional team, she won't answer any of my questions without asking me what price I got from the website since I told her I had already done my research and wanted to pay my trip to a know company instead of online. They were even laughing at me, most discriminating ppl I have ever met. Luckly I went to a different place where I got the best service. please avoid the place as much as you can.

Absolutely fantastic!!!! Kristy spent so much time hunting down the perfect hotels along with some tours!!!!!! Travelled across South Korea and Japan during golden week so busy!! ✨✨✨ Phenomenal trip!!! Couldn't have done it without you looking forward to the next adventure!!! 🦆 🏸🐦‍⬛ Highly recommended

Went in to book a trip to Mexico. The lady working that day told us not to book our trip that was priced at $1380 per person as they were having a sale that next Monday. Well the trip price skyrocketed to over $1800 that Monday. Agents at Maritime Travel do not know what they are doing in New Westminster.

Our agent (PT) was EXCELLENT! Spent,what I can only imagine were, several frustrating days on hold with Westjet (including being hung up on a couple of times after on hold for hours) trying to book a holiday with them. Boo Westjet yay PT. - usually da best

The Manager is extremely Rude. She refuses to answer your question unless you have answered her questions. in my short phone call with her she was very crass pretentious and snobbish. I will never book with this agency. I suggest you don't either.
