Our experience with this travel agency was absolutely disastrous. The morning of our trip, 15 of us were stranded at the airport with no tickets and no one to contact. Despite having everything booked and confirmed, we were left with no support and had to purchase new tickets on the spot.

We asked for a refund for the tickets we had to buy, and it took them six months to process the refund for all of us. Every time we followed up, we either received no response or vague excuses. Throughout the entire ordeal, our booking agent, Collin, and the manager, Marge, were completely unhelpful. Neither of them ever apologized or took responsibility for the situation. The lack of professionalism and accountability was astonishing.

This experience ruined our trip and left us deeply frustrated. I would never recommend this agency to anyone and will certainly never use their services again.

A group of us when on a cruise in May got to the airport and Lo and Behold had no tickets even though we paid all of our money to marville travel,Collin was our agent so all of us had to buy tickets couldn’t reach Collin ,it was so stressful for us ,needless to say came back from cruise in May ,just got back our money 5 long months after waiting and getting the run around
Colllin never took responsibility for his mistake and never apologized as for Marge a whole different story if I didn’t have to choose a star I would have put zero
Will never deal with them again 😡

Professional and knowledgeable staff. Go out of their way to find you the best prices. I have booked with Marge, Maria and Colin on several occasions and they have never let me down. I don't even live in the GTA anymore and yet I wouldn't consider booking with anyone else. I recommend Marville Travel very highly. You won't be disappointed!

I have booked with Marville once, and used Valerie, who is absolutely wonderful. She is thorough, personable and is great at her job.

An unfavourable experience with Marge, the owner and manager cost us extra money due to her own mistake which she refused to take responsibility for has left a bad taste with us.
