I couldn't find a ticket for the dates I wanted to go to Bosnia. I talked to a few agencies and they said they found tickets at very high prices. I contacted Mavi Travel and Tours upon the recommendation of a friend. Ms. Emel provided me with very professional service on the dates I wanted and at a very reasonable price. They are not clear and responsive. I confirmed the price they offer about travel insurance. but later they asked me two times more expensive than that price.

Arkadaşlar öncelikle siz peşinden koşmazsanız buradan herhangi bir bilet alabilmeniz imkansızdır. Bana seyahat sigortası ile alakalı bir fiyat verdiler ve hiç endişe etme uçuşumuzdan önce halledeceğiz dediler. Daha sonra iki kere aradım ertelediler son gün verdikleri fiyatın iki katını söylediler (Emili Ozlevi). Bu fiyat iki katı pahalı dediğimde ise başka yere bakın o zaman deyip bozuldular ve iyi günler bile demeden telefonu kapattılar.

çok daha kibar işini yapmaktan sıkılmamış usanmamış, Herkese karşı empati kurabilen onlarca seyehat acenteleri var bu şehirde. Onlardan birini tercih etmenizi öneririm.

Not professional at all. Emili Ozlevi is the rudest person I have met. I asked my questions about my ticket and she humiliated me instead of answering my questions because she think the questions I asked are very simple. I don't recomment this
his agency. She must realize that she is doing a business not a favor.
