First, I would like to give a shout out to the girl who recognized my GD shirt and the man (possibly the owner) who gave us a plastic bag for our dripping bag of ice. Now onto the review!!

I was only there with my friends for a night so my review is only based off of that one night. I'll be straight to the point and say it was a great stay. We were tired from our camping and the long trip on the road that being on a bed felt so great. The room was clean and comfy. The staff were helpful and friendly. And the area is walking distance to everything that you'd want to see in the small town. Will visit again!

Cheapest rates in the town, and pretty good service. Clean towels, and fresh soap and toilet paper were always on hand. The room was clean when we checked in.

On the downside, the room never cooled off the entire four days we stayed there even though we had the air conditioning on constantly. The rooms were recently renovated, but there was no carpet. The laminate flooring makes it easy to feel grit tracked in from the outside (there is nowhere to store footwear). The exterior door has no screen, so there is no way to ventilate the room without letting in bugs. The beds seem new, but there are no fitted sheets, so the bottom sheets come off during the night, leaving you lying on the bare mattress. Your key cannot open the outside door, so you have to use the interior door.

Wash room is clean. Restaurant is decent food, but the free breakfast is only for one breakfast per bed (so a couple gets only 1 free breakfast). The food is priced pretty high; our family of 7 paid over $100 for supper (fries, for example, are extra for hamburgers and cost $2).

A moldy, musty smell permeates the hall.

None of the reservation or checkin process is automated; it is all done on paper.

Whenever we asked for more towels, pillows, or a broom to sweep our room, the staff were always so accommodating.

Kinda run down. Had a tiny bathroom so we couldn't shut the door. The beds need to be replace. And the walls are super thin so we could hear everything. But all and all wasn't to bad for a place to lay my head down for a night. I've been in worse
