They don't even put toppings on the burgers. Fries consist mostly of salt. The pop is disgusting, and customer service is non-existent. Go to lethbridge Mcdonalds, save yourself the headache, and the money. This place is trash.

By far the worst managed McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They don’t listen when you order, they give you the wrong order, and they move people to the waiting spots for coffees. 2 coffees. How hard is it to have 2 coffees ready fast enough when no one else is in the drive thru. The waiting areas are for people with large orders. I unfortunately live in this town so it’s one of my only options and every time I leave wondering why I tried again. So frustrating.

Went through drive through and ordered the Smokey double quarter pounder with a large fry and drink, had to wait which is no big deal. Got my food and made my way home to find out that they gave me a medium fry and what was suppose to be a Smokey double quarter pounder turned out to be nothing but two patties with some ketchup on a bun. Never going back

The most incompetent McDonald's I have ever used. The management of this location is totally unable to run a fast food establishment and should be sent to any other location in Canada for training. Since this is the worst location ever, if they learned even a bit, it would be an improvement.

I've been loyal to this mcdonalds since they opened, and despite having a decent rapport with the staff, I still think it is NEVER appropriate to tell a customer you've spat in their food, especially as a manager and a "leader". Would sooner spend 2.50 for a coffee at timmies than continue to support this lack of basic respect.
