Went in with my dad to get him a new truck. Showroom truck didn't even last the test drive and had an engine tick when we got back. We were later told the owner takes the showroom cars out on trails. So basically paying full price for a used vehicle. Dont get me started on the service department. I got a call threatening to sell my jeep i had in the shop for engine work. Thank God my own dealership ordered the part and got it fixed. I recommend you dont even touch this place with a ten foot pole. Shaddy business and entitled workers.

Will NOT return for vehicle repairs! Fixed one issue only to have the problem again the following week, after they tell me there’s nothing wrong, every. single. time!! Been going back and forth wasting my money.

Bad experience with service department! Tanya was straight out rude n wouldn’t listen, she just kept on talking n talking! She made the dealership lose out on a $4000 job anyway! Remember customer service u listen to the customer not try out talk them! Another thing get the customers name write on the work order n that way u’ll be able to find the work order smh! Will no longer be taking my jeep there!

I've heard nothing but bad reviews here. People losing their money from buying lemons, bad service, broken promises. This dealership is trash. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP.

I bought a ford explorer off them for 11000 like 3 days ago, it worked for 1 day it wouldnt start the next day so i hired a tow truck to take it to their service bay. They started it and proceeded to say nothings wrong with it but i wanted them to diagnose a check engine light the service lady got the manager to chase me off the lot even though she knew i was a paying customer with valid issues that could be fixed or diagnosed turns out it was on o2 censor, guess they got lemons around to sell to the natives and if u hang around and ask for service u get chased off if you dont look rich or white enough.

Had my 300 serviced here recently for a 30k mile service. Marilyn came out and greeted me as soon as I pulled into the service area. She thoroughly explained what was going to be done for the 30k mile service and answered all of my questions. Due to what was required for the service she estimated the service to take 3 hours. She offered alternate transportation for me but I decided to go on a walk instead. I got my car back at the time she promised and she went over the inspection items with me line by line. During the whole experience she made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. I'll definitely be bringing my car back!
