Great service and dealer!

I must have spoken to 10 different dealerships and a bunch of “experts” trying to get an answer to the root cause of a problem that I was having with an engine.

Kyle was the only one that was able to figure it out!

My husband and I recently purchased a new TORO zero turn lawn mower for his new lawn care business and was assured that it came with the bagger attachment (the main reason for the purchase). When we got the mower we were told that they did not have the bagger and it would need to be ordered and that it would be in by the end of the week. After having to check in multiple times it was A MONTH before we were finally able to pick it up today. We unfortunately lost business because of this and there was no apology or offer to remediate the situation.

Good place to go if you like to wait in line for 20 minutes with no one infront of you while the workers stand there and visit with each other. Terrible customer service.
