Je suis très impressionnée avec l'assistance que Ménard Towing m'a fournis ce soir. Ça n'a pris qu'une heure à partir du moment où j'ai appelé pour que François me trouve. Il était incroyablement gentil, courtois, professionnel et compétent. Évidemment j’étais un peu stressée et François a facilité le processus et m'a même apporté à ma porte avant d’apporter mon auto au garage. Il a aussi attendu que mon fils puisse voir la remorque, ce qui était très gentil. Je ne peux pas assez recommander ce service de towing! Merci François!

I am so pleased with the service Ménard Towing provided to me this evening. It took about one hour from the time I called to François getting to me. He was incredibly kind, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I was stressed and François made the process easy and even dropped me off at my front door. He even waited for my toddler to be able to see his tow truck, which was very kind. Cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you François!

Absolutely great service. Needed a tow from Ottawa to home in Montreal, I am a woman travelling alone and I was very comforted by the driver Pat (Patrice). These gentleman work very hard and very professional service. I hope you never need a towing, but if you do I recommend.

CAA sent me Menard Towing when my car broke down on the 401 (this was years ago but I finally found the business card to write this review). The employee was amazing. Super kind and friendly (I was a solo woman in my late 20s at the time). After explaining what happened when my car died he told me about a silent recall for Hyundai that is most likely the problem and I should not have to pay for my engine exploding. He was right and helped me to feel much more confident in a very uncertain situation. I highly recommend them and their services.

Today I had a pleasure of meeting Stephane. He picked me up from middle of nowhere, gave me comfort, I felt warm in his tow truck. He was extremely polite, he was genuinely concerned. And he provided me with utmost Best customer service I never expected. Stephane is a great human and an extremely hard working individual. Tonight I get to see my family again because of him.
