I came in on a bus that was running late, so I didn't try to arrange a ride from the bus stop to my hotel in advance. When I called Mercer's I got his voice mail, but I didn't leave a message because I didn't want to wait around for a call back ... also, it was Friday evening so I expected he was busy. But just as I was about to set out on foot with my rather heavy bags, he called back! He was very friendly and helpful, and picked me up about 10 minutes later as promised. It was a great way to start my visit here.

The best cab company!! I forgot a pair of gold high heels in the cab and was worried I wouldn’t see them again as I was leaving town the next day. I was wrong! They were so kind and shipped the high heels to me. The best customer service!

Very good experience with this company.
This is the first year my family has required a lift to the airport from the south shore.
Driver was on-time and very friendly.
Will definitely use them again and recommend to my family and friends.

Within 30 seconds of the cab ride, the driver began on a rant about those who are unvaxxed. The way he spoke about them...wow. I have never in my life heard such discriminating and hateful talk, it was dehumanizing to say the least. The aggressive tone made me very uncomfortable, and here I was trapped in the taxi for 17 minutes listening to this.
It was heartbreaking to hear a human talk about other humans with such extreme hate. Will not be supporting this company in the future

If you are every in Lunenburg, NS this is the guy to call for travel around town. His prove can't be beat and he is very courteous. Plus it is very refreshing that while he is giving us a tour of the town. If he needed to check his cell phone for any reason, he pulled over and stopped then put his phone down and drive on. That to me deserves two thumbs up all by itself the rest is a huge bonus. Way to go guys at Mercer, way to go keep it up.

I live 4 minutes outside of Lunenburg was told it’s too far out of the way and there’s no other taxi in lunenburg that would do it. Side note We were just looking to go down the road. PC cab said the same. Local cab that runs as a personal delivery service for local individuals. Do not call if casually looking for a drive.
