Bed and pillows were comfortable. Had scrambled eggs, sausage and toast for complimentary breakfast. Will definitely stay here again

The room was dirty, bathroom has dust and grime everywhere, red mold in the shower, bad water pressure. Creaky floors and thin walls. All the plugs were loose and couldn’t use most of them. Staff weren’t very friendly. Breakfast was awful with minimal options. Only good things were the room was very large and satellite tv.

The rooms are very nice for the price conscious traveller. The breakfast area was really good for pre-made eggs and sausages. The person looking after breakfast was very service oriented and made sure that everything was full he was very pleasant and welcoming. The front desk evening person was a little less friendly. It might have been the day. Otherwise, it was very satisfactory for our stay.

Just wanted to post a review to say Nitin is an amazing front desk agent. He remembered the room I used to like and pre-booked me in it, even though I hadn't stayed here in a couple of months. He's always super nice and very attentive. I come to Lloyd every 2 weeks and was staying elsewhere, but I will start staying here for the foreseeable future, thank you, Nitin.

Good location and clean. Staff could not supply invoice when we checked out and said it would be emailed. Then found out after requesting it twice there is a 89.00 resort fee they do not tell you about. Not sure what that cover but very sneaky.

Room was not clean with stains all over the carpet. The most concerning thing was the small pieces of broken glass all over the bathroom floor. We cut ourselves on the glass and when staff were told, they were not concerned at all.

Would be zero stars if I could.

Several problems with the room include;
- No security latch on the door
- Dead bugs in all the light fixtures
- mouldy sheets which when we asked them to change, stated "we'll change them at some point" and then took 6 hours to do anything.
- a piece of glass found in the sheets
- Shower tub did not drain
- Toilet was non flushing on arrival
- Sticky bathroom and kitchenette floors
- Only Ice machine in the hotel broken
- Dirty ceiling fans
Employees seemed to care very little about customer service and were hard to find even at the front desk.

Avoid at all costs.

Customer service is excellent, had to cancel the day of our reservation because our kids got sick the night before our stay and we were unable to travel to see family for the holidays, they were kind enough to waive our fees. Will be staying here in the future!
