Manque de chaleur à l'accueil, chambre très petite, corridor et ascenseur pleins de boue le soir et encore là le lendemain matin...dispendieux pour ce que l'on obtient...

The hotel is clean, the front desk was friendly and there was nice lemon infused water and cookies when I checked in if you wanted it. Their breakfast was good lots of variety including on the go breakfast sandwiches which for someone who travels is awesome. The staff memeber that served me dinner was friendly and engaging. Checked in just the right amount and was helpful guiding me in what I should order. My bed was cozy and I had all the amenities I needed including a black make up removal washcloth!!!! Perfect for women!! will be staying here again for sure!

Excellent room. Great service. Good breakfast. Wonderful shower. Bed was comfortable as well as pillows!!

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Ofel was able to assist and accommodate with my scheduling needs and adjustments. The breakfast bar has great options and it is also very handy to have a lounge on site for the evenings. Hotel is also clean.

It's on the SK side, not sure what that will mean in charges. Would have asked front desk but she was smug and condescending. 20 minute wait to check after trying to do online, but yeah, also wifi not excellent at all.it was apparent she was training someone but didn't even bother to acknowledge others waiting, including someone for food (and since she gave zero acknowledgement to that fella delivering it, that hotel customer surely had a cold terrible meal). She reprimanded new staff for saying a person's room number out loud, but never hesitated to ask me for all details aside from my first born aloud at the front desk.
Staff in lounge were the only redeeming factor. Delightful women doing their best amongst a complete mess.Sadly mold on cheese on nachos, I don't fault the ladies in there. Clearly there is mass disorganization as they don't even have what is on menu available. Room only gets cleaned once every three days. However, it smells like stale old unwashed laundry upon opening door. The stench should have been my warning to go straight back to the desk and cancel my nights. So I do believe that previous comments on stagnant air etc are accurate. I need to be here for biz two nights every cpl months. In the grand scheme not much compared to most. But I don't think Wyndham is living up to the expectation. This place is bad enough I'm looking to cancel my upcoming stay in the next city and give my business to another chain. I have buyers remorse for sure.
I will give my business elsewhere for future stays in Lloydminster. And at close to $200 I would suggest you do too.

I am actively staying here and am unlucky enough to be staying next to the parents room of a hockey team - I can hear word for word through the wall what is being said and at 10:12pm kids are running up and down the hallways and actively playing games outside my door. It doesn’t matter how comfortable the bed is or how spacious the room is if you cannot sleep…
