Some drivers are very rude and lack customer service. If they don't like their job, why don't they give it to someone else? The passengers are not to blame

The environment is disgusting. These carts have been piling up with trash for 2 months while the actual garbage cans are changed and emptied regularily. Its obvious the bare minimum is being done to keep things clean.

I’ve only been using this for 3 weeks and already, a lot of buses have just gone past me. They don’t even try to stop. Today, 2WB went past me even tho I was sitting inside the waiting area.

Inappropriate schedules. Although thousands of students are coming to Milton this year, still they are not improving their services. No busses after 10 pm. No busses on Sundays and very less busses on Saturdays which makes it very hard for those who works on Weekends.
I hope they improve this. We buy such expensive passes just to pay unnecessarily to Uber and Lyft.

Worst transit in milton, it sucks, busses either always late, or don’t show up. And on too of that like 3-4 not in service busses drive by while 3 busses havnt showed up on time. Intakenit daily it sucks so bad. And on top of that they refuse to start using presto. I actually hate milton transit
