The store is nice, clean, well-lit and organized but the prices on trading card game and board game products are outrageously high. Avoid this place and shop local instead.

I found the game (unlock!) I wanted and it was decently priced. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgable as he suggested me a similar games. He took the time to explain what it was about and I really appreciated it. Thank you!

Bought the 3D Snakes n' Ladders board game for the family and there's no art topper. All other pieces are there and the games "playable" so long as we look closely at the box art though I don't really think that's acceptable. I understand also that there is a no return policy so we won't be returning. I hope the remaining stock will get checked so other families don't run into the same issue.

They are charging more than double MSRP for Disney Lorcana starter decks right now. Online scalpers are cheaper than this place. Local game stores like North Bay Games and Hobbies or Outpost Gaming are a way better option. Avoid this place!

Great selection of games and toys. The store is a little cramped. Would be nice if they could be in a bigger space. The staff was helpful and friendly, although perhaps a little overzealous in asking to help. Had a really good conversation with an employee about board games. He was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy about trying to get me to buy anything. I did inquire about a board game that is currently out of stock, and the response I was given was that they did not know when they would get more copies. Seems there is some disconnect between the store and their supplier(s).
