We were put in touch with Robin Macdonald back in early May as our family decided that this was the year for our first European summer holiday. From the intial call, to the day she hand delivered our travel package, Robin was incredible. As this was our first trip overseas, she handled all of the details for us: making hotel reservations, booking tours, airport transfers as well as rail service between cities. As we settled on a 3 city tour (Amsterdam, Brussels & Paris) inititally we were a little overwhelmed with all of the options, but Robin handled all of the details with speed and grace. In the past we usually just booked our own travel on one of the various sites. Going forward, we'll save the time and energy and just call Robin!

Recently, I asked our agent Robin MacDonald to book me a business class ticket return from Toronto to Vancouver. She found that I could get a better deal traveling Porter Reserve. What a difference. I saved $1,400 and Porter service on their smaller jets is amazing! My friends keep spending hours and hours booking their own travel plans and yet our Travel Agent keeps outdoing them on opportunities. My son spent ages looking for a week's all inclusive holiday for us in Mexico. He was very proud with the price he secured. I asked Robin to see what see could do. Within minutes she had us at better hotel and and leaving on a slightly later flight for nearly $1,000 cheaper. A few years ago the hotel we had prepaid several months in advance called at the last minute to cancel as they floor we were to stay on was flooded. Robin went to bat and the hotel found a better hotel at no extra cost for the week and she even got them to include the $60 breakfast at no extra charge.
