Nous sommes arrivés sans réservation et avons été accueillis. La chambre était très propre. Le propriétaire est venu m'aider à allumer la télévision et a enlevé ses souliers avant d'entrer dans notre chambre! Le motel existerait depuis 2 ans plus ou moins. Tout est neuf et très bien aménagé à un coût très raisonnable.

La dame qui nous à acceuilli était vraiment très gentille . La chambre était propre, la literie aussi. La salle de bain était propre. De plus, nous avons dormi au calme.

A 1 minute en auto de la ville de Havelock (ont) cette hotel est completement restaurer et tres prope.certaine chambre offre meme des chaussons a l'entrer. Il y ya un immence terrain tres agreable pour ce relaxer vraiment tres bien pour ce reposer.Non il y a pas de piscine ou de salle d'entrainement.pas de petit dejeuner non plus.tous ce passe dans la ville a coter,tim horton disponible a 2 minute..

I stayed there for one night and very disappointed as the linen was dirty and smelly seems like not washed. Tissue in the bathroom was used ones not new ones. Toiletry was worst. Towel been washed but looking at towel you can tell the age maybe 10-15 years old ones😰 so tissue box in the room. Chair was broken found hair on pillow and bedsheet. So I ended up getting a worst germs or bacteria from this place it’s been 3 days and I’m sick after my night stay at this horrible place. Better to stay somewhere close to highway 401 and the price was ridiculously high $107 per night with worst service. I will never visit this place and won’t even recommend to anyone specially with kids.

It is a lovely place to stay when you need to lay your head. The owners are very accommodating as well. I was even allowed to bring my fur baby!

We got in a heavy snow storm and couldn’t get back to Toronto. A lot of motels charged unreasonable amount for just 1 night but not this one! The owner is very friendly and even helped us to get the car out of the snow. Nice clean rooms with big TV screen and bath tub.

I booked this hotel for my brother's wedding one month prior to the wedding. I was quoted $100.64 for the double bed room. I showed up at the hotel and saw that the rate changed. I inquired in a calm matter why the rate change. Then was told they would contact the owner to inquire. Not two minutes later the owner was on speaker phone screaming at me. I was calm just asking why the rate change to $146 for the night. She screamed at me. I told her that I would let other know as this is not good business sense to do this to people who book in advance. We stayed anyways as it was late and we had two kids as well. My parents were also staying there and I asked them if they had a similar issue and they did as well. Very poor customer service. We even had to call and ask for towels to be brought to our room. I do not recommend other to stay here.
