A million dollar view. The owner is such a cute, kind hearted little Vietnamese lady with lots to offer. Don't let the look outside fool you because the renovations inside is to die for. I would recommend this motel to all my family and friends and the generosity from the owner you can't even put it in words.

My husband (this review is written by his wife) stayed here for a business contract in downtown Moncton for many months and our son and I came for a couple weeks to visit. The room was tidy and clean, if a little outdated. The owner allowed my husband to bring in an air-fryer so that every meal didn't have to be in a restaurant and while our standard of living is usually on the more pampered side, we could find zero fault with these accommodations. The gentle and oh-so-clean air/breeze flowed through as there is a back window which also gave the room plenty of additional light. I have never been so relaxed in all my life! The drive into town is super quick and easy (mostly expressway) so no issues for him getting to work and me to shopping. I truly hope to go back one day just to be able to stay there again. We loved our experience there and would recommend it to anyone who prefers peace, quiet and privacy. (Note: Our travel dates were not a selection on Trip Advisors drop down toggle, so I chose the oldest date possible. We actually stayed there in 2017. When I saw the one-star review, I just had to speak up to say our stay was completely the opposite).

Give this place a shot.

Great port in a storm. We were riding our motorcycles through the area in the pouring rain. We pulled off the highway and searched for motels near by. All the name hotels were booked. We called Mountain Top and June told us she had a room and we could check in right away. It was noon. June met us at the door of the room and let us right in. She busied herself getting us towels and extra blankets.

The view from this spot is spectacular. Other than that no amenities but we are self sufficient as we were set up for camping and had all of our supplies.

We were told that June had bought the place last year and was doing all the Work herself. Real nice lady with a dream for this place. We hope our one night stay helped a little towards June obtaining her dream.

The only good things about this motel was the size of the room and you can park right outside your room. Walked in room 31 and found the bed all messed up like it hadn't been made. Only two pillows on a king size bed and no pillowcases, just pillowshams. Sheets were very wrinkled and not tucked in anywhere, bottom sheet was just tossed on the mattress hanging down. There was a coffee maker but nothing to use with it. No coffee, sugar, creamer or cups! Two glasses sitting on top of microwave not wrapped in plastic or paper and right side up. They were dirty and full of fingerprints. Fridge, clock radio and bedside lamp not plugged in. No AC, just an upright fan. There was a 30 yr old ceiling fan with 3 lights, only two worked and it was so noisy it couldn't be used. The furniture was so dusty I could literally write in it. Bathroom was tiny, dirty and bathtub fixtures rusty. NO hand soap! NO 'personal' shampoo or conditioner. There was a bottle of used conditioner from Costco which might have been there many years. No telling what might have been in that bottle. Under the sink was more dirt and dust and 1 roll of toilet paper sitting in the dirt that was not wrapped in anything to keep it sanitary or clean. One of the facecloths looked like it was a scrub rag, full of holes and rotten. There were two windows, one had a screen but it was beat up and falling out so couldn't open that window or the room would have been full of bugs. The other window had dead bugs, mold and filthy with dirt. The carpet was very dirt, stained, badly fraying and hadn't been vacuumed, took my shoes off and was stepping on rocks and gravel. ||The sofa was in bad shape, butt almost touched the floor when sitting on it. There is NO complimentary anything! There is NO breakfast. There are NO vending machines or ice machine. There is nothing at the office, not even a bottle of water. There was some kind of bracket in the ceiling, covered in dirt and dust. This is a 'below' budget motel. Would never recommend!

Small rooms but with the affordability it's worth it if only stay a night or 2. Parking & can be quiet at night. Kinda secluded area. Kinda.

What more needs to be said,There is a old Dilapidated tent trailer setup in the parking lot.I had to kill a copious amount of flies before I could even think of sleeping. This place should be condemned.I should have known something was up when besides the tent trailer, the parking lot was empty and all the other motels in the area were booked.When all was said n done I slept sitting up on the couch because I didn't dare lay on the bed.Avoid at all cost.

I love this place. we stayed here for 5 days. Clean, nice view. Affordable. The manager was so friendly. I would come back again definitely and it is a recommended place for travelers.
