As a surprise for my daughters birthday, I booked a Robinson R44 for the 3 of us. Mountain View Helicopters was flexible right from the start - spoke directly to the Pilot, Mike, and booked a sunrise tour of Kananaskis. Never felt rushed, lots of patience, great commentary on the flight and enjoyed an amazing perspective of our own backyard. Very happy we took the trip.

Top notch flight training! Although I did not do my initial flight training here, I have since done the Mountain Flying course and Night Rating as well as recurrent annual emergency training with the instructors from Mountain View. Curtis, Sean and Brad are all amazing pilots and instructors.

Learning to do full down autorotations with these guys could very well save your life one day, I cannot recommend another flight school more highly then Mountain View Helicopters!

I booked a tour with them for Nihahi Ridge and it was a great experience. Michael was our pilot and he was great! I booked for a long weekend and it they were very accommodating when picking the time for the flight. Michael showed us around the chopper first and was very professional with safety procedures and aircraft info. Very smooth flyer. It was beautiful out and flying in the mountains was an amazing experience. Definitely worth it if you're looking for that private flight experience.

I wanted to surprise my wife on her birthday with a helicopter ride. After some research found that MVHeli provides good rides at very affordable cost. Since, all of us are working, I asked them to extend the time to 5 pm which they usually close at 4 pm. Pilot Michael was very accomodative and facilitated my request without any incovenience to us. The experience was incredible given the views and duration of ride 60 minutes at such price. Michael briefed about all the safety concerns and constantly updated about the view points. Overall it was such a beautiful experience for me and my partner that we would like to recommend it to others. And want to thank the team of MV Heli for such service. Mountain view helicopters is where I did my Commercial Helicopter Pilot training, and I would recommend this school to anyone wanting to get into the industry.

Not only are the instructors incredible teachers but they are all from a vast different variety of branches in the industry with different stories and ways of teaching. With that you get the best learning experience you could receive from a flight school.

With Mountain View Helicopters reach in the industry I was able to land a job with Big Horn Helicopters as I was finishing up flight school, where I am flying the MD500 for B.C. and Alberta wildlife service’s.

If there is a school to recommend for anyone dreaming to fly Helicopters it is this one!
