Ayant réservé par internet, ce fût une belle découverte. Nous étions que de passage seulement, nous venions en auto de Vancouver à Edmonton. Nous sommes arrivés tard, donc le service de café/thé 24hrs a été bien apprécié. Très jolie et propre. Ayant fait séjourné à plusieurs hôtels durant notre Road trip, même plus dispendieux, celui-ci est mon préféré. Personnel courtois et agréable. Chambre, toilette, salle à manger, réception...etc...tous étaient propres. Déjeuner inclus, est le meilleur que nous avions eu. J'y retournerai certainement avec plaisir à la même hôtel! 🙂

Upon arrival, we were greeted so warmly by the front desk and offered an in-house made cookie. Check-in was smooth, as was checking out. The area was clean and inviting. Our room was very spacious, very clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds with 4 pillows and the bathroom is spacious as well and had a good supply of items we may have forgotten. Breakfast is in a nice eating area. This was the first time I experienced a variety of breakfast sandwiches to heat in the microwave and they were very good. There was also fresh fruit, yogurt and baked goods. They encouraged you to grab a lunch bag and take what you needed for the day. Overall we would highly recommend staying here.

I can’t say enough about this hotel. We stayed 2 nights with our U18 hockey team. Normally we’re treated as the plague which we totally understand but not here. The staff were amazing!! I forgot the front desk staff’s names, sorry!! But wow you guys need raises and kudos!! To be so warmly greeted, asked how your team did after every game and being proactive to support us all based on game times was unexpected. They actually told us we would all have late check outs if we ended up playing later on our last day. The rooms were beautiful, clean and cozy. The pool area well maintained and fun. Sundre was so pretty and quaint and met all our needs!

We stayed here with our hockey team this past weekend and it was a great experience! The staff was absolutely amazing and made sure our team was well taken care of and super friendly.

We had our annual ladies golf weekend July 12-14, 2024 and stayed at this awesome hotel. . We had 10 ladies in our group and each and every one of us rated this stay and hotel 10 out of 10. They looked after our every need and were so accommodating. We all felt very comfortable and the staff were amazing. Charlene and Gail made us feel like family and we also had access to the Bearberry Room all weekend where we could gather and visit. We loved it so much that we are in the process of booking for July 2025. I would advise anyone to stay there- they won't be sorry! Thank you so much for everything and we will see you next year!!

I just completed a brief two day stay at this hotel. The hotel is modern, bright and incredibly clean. The rooms are spacious, airy, and well appointed, with great beds and pillows. The bathroom was large, and first class, with first class stainless steel fixtures, and was spotless. The real white subway tile in the tub shower area added a nice touch of class. The front desk personnel couldn't have been nicer.....professional, warm and friendly. The complimentary continental breakfast was first class as well, and if you went away hungry, well there is no helping you....with everything one could imagine for a continental breakfast.....including hard boiled eggs if you wanted them. I can't recommend this hotel enough....and if you are a golfer,(I'm not) the hotel also offers very reasonable golf packages as well. I look forward to staying in this hotel again someday....

10 of us ladies went away for a play and stay golf weekend. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. There was a lot of friendly banter going back and forth. The cookies and water was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were so clean and spacious. We have already booked to go back next year. We definitely give it five stars and would give more if we could.
