Blue Mountain Villa was beyond our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the stunning views. The villa was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The cozy furnishings and well-equipped kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. The wide glass windows were perfect for enjoying our morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking scenery.

The hospitality was exceptional, ensuring we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. The location is also convenient, close to restaurants, Walmart, Canadian Tire, Dollarama, Tim Hortons, and other commercial spots.

I can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It was an old unit and very outdated. Had bare minimum items to cook so that was ok. Staff were very nice. No amenities onsite. Location to blue mountain was great!

I loved the unit was clean and very comfortable. Its location is great, your walking distance from several restaurants. I really enjoyed the heated salt water pool at golf course....The one thing I would like to see is recycling. we did bag up and take home but shocked this service isn't as important as it should be .

Great base location. Accommodations need some major tlc. Unit is dated, tired. Furniture is old, kitchen table surface chipped, stove is very old and chipped, fridge barely works, expect to lose food like we did. One 2' closet in ensuite.

We rented a one bedroom unit for a very inexpensive rate and was very surprised how large the unit was. It had a separate bedroom and there was a whirlpool tub in the main bathroom. there was also a loft with two twin beds and a huge closet, and a second three piece bathroom off the main room.||The kitchen was well equipped with lots of utensils, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans, many of them new. Also other utensils such as kettle, teapot and coffee maker.||Good wifi and lots of TV channels||Close to Collingwood and shopping.||The paintwork in the unit was excellent but a lot of the furniture had chips and dents. it did not bother us considering all the positives in the unit, but may concern some.||We also have problems communicating with the rental company prior to arrival, but they had an excellent response when we had a minor issue with the TV and the maintenance responded quickly and solved the issue.||Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Mountain Villas.

I have been here a few times and this time was very disappointing. One of the outdoor pools has been closed for 2 years and the other one only allows 10 people because they won’t get a lifeguard. A single bed frame was broken and the mattress was concave. The sofa bed was broken as well and there was terrible mold on the caulking in the bathtub. They did get it all rectified in two days but a unit should never be rented like that. If we wanted to use the indoor pool we had to call to see if there was room. If I had young kids with me I would have been furious. Won’t be going back even though the area is great.

Furniture is worn out. 1 of the chairs in the living room sunk down 6 inches at the back when you sat on it - springs were shot. The couch was also very soft - only comfortable if you were lying down. One of the mattresses on the single beds in loft was sunken down about 6 inches for 1/2 the length of the mattress - springs totally shot. An adult could not sleep there comfortably. The picnic tables outside have warped pieces of wood on it - couldn't even bring serving plates out to place on the table to eat. Outside upkeep had some bad spots as well.
