Got my oil and brake fluid changed Saturday around 7pm. Shift supervisor asked to check my air filters, screwed around with it for 15 minutes then gave up. The plastic casing he took off popped back out before I made it home. Service was good besides this annoyance.

Andrew and the crew were awesome. I was worried going in that I would be pressured for all this stuff and it was nothing like that! They’re showed me the condition of all the fluids, filter etc, suggested at my mileage what the dealership recommends, it all went very smooth. In and out in 25 minutes. Would recommend to anyone.

I had such a great experience getting my oil change done here! The staff were incredibly personable, super friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were also impressively quick and efficient. They didn't have the oil my car needed in shop and it was delivered before I knew it. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I truly have nothing bad to say just an amazing visit all around. Highly recommend! Nicholas especially was very informative and super personable. I will definitely be coming here every time!

I’m writing a negative review because I went in there to get a transmission oil change and Mr.Lube went ahead and did it on my Honda knowing quite well that their fluid is not compatible with my Honda even though they say it is, it’s not you could’ve wrecked my transmission Honda said do not do that again and I’m very annoyed that somebody like Mr. lube would rather take the money and wreck my car then be honest and tell me they don’t do that service on Honda. I found that to be a little deceptive, and not very accepting not to mention the pushy sales is too much Constantly pushing crap on You, really does not make Mr. lube a credible business to go to. It makes it more like a cheap business to go to. Don’t take your Honda to Mr. Lube for transmission stuff

I’ve been a Mr. Lube customer for a long time. Recently I had an oil change done and was charged $20 for an oil drain plug that the tech couldn’t find after draining my oil. When the manager Craig came over to explain to me that this charge was because they always replace the oil drain plug, I asked to see a previous receipt. No charge for oil drain plug on my last visit. Craig then changed his tune and said it’s because of the new owners they have to charge. I said to Craig how can that be when you’re tech “lost” my drain plug and now I’m paying for it. I won’t be back. Too easy to play silly games to suck another $20 out of their customers. I called Ford, Ford doesn’t replace the drain plug unless it’s damaged.

He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure the service was done quickly and properly. It’s rare to come across such great customer service these days, and Pardeep truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit Mr. Lube!
