Nothing in the world is perfect but I can confirm so far we have only had positive experiences with this travel agency in the last 3 or so years. Absolutely the worst experience ever.

Asad Munir Cheema, booked my flight with a 11 hour layover in Dubai, and he had reserved a hotel for us, which was apart of the entire flight package.

Once we reached Dubai, the hotel informed us that our booking was canceled hours before we arrived. I had to pay for another hotel out of my pocket.

Asad provided no reason why it was canceled. He said he would provide a refund but never did. I have tried contacting him multiple times over sever months. He kept making excuses.

I have heard they have done this to many people before.

This place has very poor customer service and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My parents and I wanted to travel to Pakistan but didn’t have a visa so we gave our passports to the agent on location who claimed to be able to get the visa for us. After a long wait and continuous follow up with the agent, when I called the embassy, they informed us that they never got the passports. The agent kept our passports for months in his drawer before he sent it all for the visa. He charged us high fees and lied about the visa process taking time when I followed up every week. We got our passports back at the same day of our flight that he had booked for us with a promise to get the visa before the travel date. We were going to attend my sister’s wedding and this place ruined the whole experience for us. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a terrible experience with Multiculture Travel World in Calgary. They sold me a travel insurance policy claiming it would cover date changes for my ticket. When I needed to change my return ticket, they assured me I could claim the cost upon my return. However, after returning and submitting my claim to Globe Excel, it has been over a year with no resolution. Despite making numerous calls and visits, neither the travel agency nor the insurance company has taken any responsibility. The owner, Raj, has been unhelpful and insincere, always making excuses. Additionally, their agents Assad Cheema and Paramjeet Kaur provided me with false information. I strongly advise against using Multiculture Travel World to avoid a similar frustrating experience.
Never go there. They are scammers. I wonder how come they do their business in country like Canada. So please avoid them. Totally fraud.

Raj bhalla a truely knowledgeable travel guidance.. he is professionally handle my flight ticket refund case which I thought was impossible to get due to those ticket are non refundable ticket but raj bhalla help me to get back my refund. So now i received the refund of almost 60 percent and cut off 40 percent penalty charges for two tickets both are non refundable ticket policy . Which i was purchase last year, but due to diplomatic issue led to India visa suspension last year, forcing me to cancel my trip last year. How ever raj bhalla took on my case and started working hard to get back my money ..I highly recommended raj bhalla for all every one travel needs .
