Great company to deal with. Very helpful for small orders. I usually get from 1 to 5 pallets and they load my truck, or truck and trailer. Donna in the office is great. And the lift drivers know how to run a forklift.

Service has fallen massively in the last 4 months. Lost shipments, endless xdock errors, and on and on. How is it possible you go from a incredibly reliable carrier to ranking closer to Overland on service standards...biggest problem with that is you charge dramatically more than they do with the same sub par service. Should not take 4 months to get back to where you were.

One of your drivers was parked in Okotoks outside a small local business, parked directly outside the store and blocking the main entrance of a strip mall, in turn people we’re having to drive over the curb in CARS to get passed the driver/truck OR back up into ONCOMING traffic. Absolutely ridiculous and so inconsiderate.

Super quick pickup and delivery, helpful staff, but had to call back after getting a quote to get it processed as the quoting person was unable to connect me to dispatch. I will still use again.
