Line up was only 2 people but having all 3 tellers working made it a very short wait. I was treated with very nice staff who where confident and fully capable of answering my many questions I needed answered. Even though a visit to the registies isn't in the top of my list for places to go but thanks to the top notch staff behind the desk I would make this a go to when looking for a registries.

This registry office is ran by 3 extremely rude, un helpful, non professionals. I've never had such difficulties getting the simplest things done. None of these ladies should be employed. 0 stars if I could.

Drive to Mayerthorpe, not here.

Wonderful people that are friendly and informative.
I have never had a bad experience here. They have always been so helpful.
Call and ask questions about what you need to bring in before coming in so there are no surprises.

I do not recommend this office given all the issues my husband had with switching over his license. We made sure we had all the proper documentation and paperwork done and confirmed with both Alberta registries, ICBC and the ladies at this office. He switched over his paperwork and two days later someone from this office called him and told him he didn't have his class 1 license as his time to upgrade had passed and to come into the office and get a class 5, when in fact it had not and they had all the paperwork documenting so. He has since been in touch with Service Alberta Motor Vehicles and the situation has been resolved.

Worst experience I have ever had at a registry .
I called 3 different times to ensure I had the documents necessary went in and oh I didn't have the paperwork needed . So I asked again went home got it back in and told they couldn't do what I needed as they didn't have a notary in today . I asked why they did not tell me that when I was in prior the woman got rude and started talking over me saying she did tell me . This place needs new staff. Better training and better attitudes .

There’s three women that work at the registry here in Whitecourt Alberta I am pretty sure these three women ride a broomstick to go home and eat children for supper that they cook in a cauldron. They messed up for things with a new address. They got all the address is wrong and when I went there to get them to correct it, they told me because I signed off on the sheet. They are not responsible.. first time in my life I have ever seen people like that will not take responsibility for their own errors. Ridiculous.

The ladies there are awesome. Very knowledgeable and more than willing to help. Just make sure you have all the documents you need before hand. If you don't they will help you figure it out! Awesome job ladies!

I had a great experience dealing with the staff. Fast and friendly. I had a bit of a situation and they made sure I had all my information and paperwork signed correctly. My only issue.. they didnt tell me I looked like Doc Brown when I got my new photo 😛
other than that. it was a good experience. will go back!
