Bad. Why is there sometimes only one bus going to a destination every hour? The buses are not even coordinated sometimes. Just came from Edmonton and I was trying to catch the next bus for St.Albert but apparently that bus has left like 3 minutes before the Edmonton bus arrived, so now I have to wait another hour to catch the next St.Albert bus to get to where I need. What would take me usually around an hour and fifteen minutes, now became TWO hours and fifteen minutes. . . This is ridiculous and it did not happen once.

The Edmonton buses are also always so packed with people, which makes sense because people need to go to work/school, but why not have more buses in order to accommodate everyone.

The St.Albert buses also don't pass after a certain hour, I believe it is like around 18:00 or 18:30, so if someone needs to take a bus to somewhere in St.albert after that time, well you can't.

Besides that, the place is clean, has washrooms, is heated, and has a lot of parking space but that does not make up for everything else in my opinion, especially if you don't have a car and rely on public transportation.

Lots of parking and easy access to St Albert Trail and Anthony Henday Drive. This is my go-to place to catch a commuter bus. There are lots of seats within the heated shelter and a washroom is available for the public.

Looks fairly new. Clean and felt safe. Convenient way to get to the Metallica concert at Commonwealth Stadium.

First time using this facility while going to the game. The center was clean and well run. The trip to the game and back great. Drop off and pick up was about a min walk from the stadium steps

Worst transit in Canada. They offer an express route to the station but no transfer bus so you end up waiting 20 minutes to get into st.Albert. This effectively makes my commutes 90 minutes a day. I often take the non express bus and often times there isn’t a transfer bus either. So the bus sits with no one getting on or off. There is no rhyme or reason to the schedule of the buses.

Whoever designed this station has obviously never taken the bus. What’s the point of even taking the bus into Edmonton if you have to drive into Edmonton anyway. For a “eco-friendly” city there seems to be a considerable effort from the city to ensure no one bikes or walks.

I buss here to university makes the ride cheap and affordable to get to the middle of edmonton Ina very timely manner just don't be late for the 203 cause sometimes it's an hour wait. Buss drivers have never not been nice, best type of people you'll meet.

Naki transit centre is so convenient for me, as a broke student. I come here to park and it's nice to park there because the parking is free to park. Although, the terminal is a little stinky at time but it's ok, i can handle a little stinkiness if it means good parking and kind bus drivers.
