Ayub is an incredibly reliable travel agent. A consummate professional who goes above and beyond. He helped me plan a trip and assisted me with cancelling it and obtaining a refund during the pandemic. He was so great that I came back and had him help my mother and me book another trip with multiple complicated itineraries. Would definitely recommend!

I just booked my third trip with Nedkor. We had some weather-related delays and cancellations. Ayub was SOOOO helpful. He spent over an hour communicating with our airline on our behalf to help us. He is always available for his clients.
