I called about a trip to the Philippines. I wanted to few simple questions and I also mentioned the carrier I wanted to use-nonstop. She said I have to come in unless I already have a reservation. I`m at work, I`m just doing some initial research. NO, you have to come in . I can`t give out answers.

I booked my recent international trip with New Millenium Holidays. I would say from the first time that I inquired with them till few days before our trip, their agent Mabel was there to assist us. She was able to get my group a good airfare. Prior to our flight, she even reminded us about the travel requirements we need to do. Good customer service. I will consider them again on my future trip. And would recommend to my friends. Keep up the good work.

This is the 2nd time I booked with NMH. The agent in-charge is Ms. Mabel, in which I personally requested. She is responsive and really accommodating! She diligently got me a good deal which I appreciate a lot! I will surely book with them again with Ms Mabel as my agent in my future flights!

I was inquiring about the promo of PAL thru phone, there were 2 lady wasn't able to accomodate me until they pass me to the 3rd lady Anj/angie. They have a poor customer service, mean to answer questions trying to compare fare online. very rude ever since im inquiring about the fare. I was trying to ask question and never change the way they talk. I will never book a ticket here until they change the way they deal to a customer.

Got surprised with the expensive $150 service charge on top of the two adult tickets for PAL which they haven't informed us earlier..I think buying the ticket online is cheaper...
