I had an excellent experience with Niagara Airbus. They called me to make sure I was at the airport and told me where to go. The driver was courteous and professional. He made my drive home safe when the weather conditions were challenging for him. He transferred me to a smaller suv for the last leg of the journey to my home and this driver was also professional. Their equipment was spotless clean even in the middle of a blizzard. They have orchestrated a fine symphony of service that certainly is a good choice for anyone in need of a ride to or from the airport. Well done.

Terrible company in my opinion. We were originally scheduled to land in Toronto at 12:30am and our pick up time with NAB was between 1:20-1:40am. Flight was delayed over an hour and no driver to be found when we got to the meeting spot. We called the dispatcher and they told us we would have to wait until 5:45am before someone could come pick us up! We called back 10min later to see if they found someone else that could come and the pickup time was NOW more like 7am! How do you leave people hung out to dry like that We pre-paid for the fair ahead of time! We decided to grab a Taxi and pay out of pock to get home sooner and deal with NAB after. In my opinion, DON’T USE THIS COMPANY…EVER!! They leave customers stranded.

We used Niagara Airbus last month which was booked by our travel agent in Scotland. First pick up from Pearson to our downtown hotel, we checked in at Pearson and the lovely lady knew my name before I told her, driver was friendly and helped with our luggage. 2nd pick up from downtown to Niagara Falls driver was friendly and gave us lots of information on the drive to our hotel. 3rd pick up from our hotel back to Pearson again lovely driver and very friendly. We confirmed times 24 hrs before pick up and their automated service was easy to use and they all arrived when specified. Have no complaints, great service and comfortable buses. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

The staff and service is impeccable. I can't remember the gentleman's name on the way back but the young lady who picked me up in Buffalo was amazing. Her name was Carrie. There was a mix-up with my pickup I emailed them a couple times but they didn't get the final one with all the details. I panicked because it was only a couple of hours till I was supposed to be picked up and I was still in Philly. Considering the mix-up, I was ecstatic when I saw Carrie at the airport. I had visions of sleeping at the airport but she was my savior.

They seem a bit disorganized or maybe just very behind schedule. We had two groups that were going to the same event. We ended up waiting about 90 minutes for them to get a driver and getting us on our way. The driver drove the entire time with the windows rolled down, leaving all of us shivering. I did feel safe and it was a direct route to the falls though

I've used this service twice. This second trip was by far some of the best service I've received anywhere. Someone else scheduled the reservation for me and they scheduled it on the 16th when my flight arrived on the 8th. I was waiting for a bit and noticed I was not 20 mins passed the pick up time. The lady who answered informed me that my reservation was on the wrong date and without missing a beat got me a spot on their next pickup arriving in 30 minutes. I would have had to wait overnight in the airport and make the 4 hour trip back via go in the am otherwise. Genuine kindness seems to be rare now a days so thank you so much for going above and beyond to help me get home safely. Also to the driver who even at almost 2:00 am was joyful and was cracking jokes! The world needs more of this right now.
