Surtout si vous partez avec Michael qui est vraiment un super guide a Toronto, il est vraiment tres bien tres cool tres fun et vous donne plein d'informations utiles sur le trip... vous passerez une super agreable journée avec Michael je recommande vraiment

Ed, the guide, was the highlight of the tour. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of the area.

My primary complaint was the fact that they continue to accept the Boat tour registrations even though they know the Falls are still frozen over. Now, they will say they don't control the weather etc., and I totally get that. However, when we saw the ice upon our arrival to the Falls it was clear it won't be melting anytime soon. My issue is the difference between the tower tour and the boat tour is $39; which for a family of 4 is over $160!! They offer no refund for the difference, and as of today the website is still accepting the boat registrations. I understand this is a business, but the lack of clarity on this is almost criminal. It's a mere phone call to the boat tour company to verify the status of the Falls. Instead what they do is take your registration, and tell you once you get on the bus, the status of the Falls. Now you have no choice but to go thru with the Tour even though we only registered to experience the Boat tour. Did they offer to refund me the $39 difference in price for the tower tour? No. Their cancellation policy requires 36 hours notice, yet they give zero notice on the details of the tour experience.

We made the best of the day, since we were only visiting for a few days, but I will not be booking again should we return in the future.

Update: I did not ignore the instructions and they're not clear. You have three different booking pages, with different prices and details. On your website, niagaratorontotours.com, where I booked, you state the Boat tour starts in April for $139. However, you also have a $99 price point with the Boat tour excluded. So it appears there is one price for the Boat tour and another price without. The content is still there as of this morning April 22nd, 2025. Why would one assume anything different?

You also have another page, www.tiqets.com where you state the Boat tour starts in May for $114. Then you have another booking page, www.cooldestinations.com where you state the Boat tours start in April for $122. For a company who's primary service is Niagara Falls tours, why the discrepancies? I have no problem paying my fare share for excellent service providers, but to say I misread or intentionally ignored the details is not accurate. Maybe you should spend a little time cleaning up your content so the details are clearer.

A simple apology would be nice instead of blaming me for missing the fine print.

My tour guide was amazing. Very friendly and made everyone felt apart of this amazing experience. Also, the view was very breathtaking. Pictures doesn’t do it justice compared to be on the boat up close to it

I highly recommend NOT using this company.
The tour itself was nice, the guide was accommodative. What ruined the entire experience was the disrespectful attitude and rude conduct of the company representative over the telephone.
We booked and prepaid the tour, scheduling pick-up place and time about a month in advance. We arrived at the scheduled pick-up address and intime. While waiting, I got a call from the person who identified himself as the owner. The caller demonstrated irritation that we were the only couple at this pick-up location and told me that I should have called earlier to ask for another pick-up place. The choice of words was insolent, the caller blamed me that he had to send a bus just for us.

Excellent tour, friendly guide. We had enough time at every stop and the early departure allows to beat the traffic on the way back to Toronto. Highly recommend this tour!

Our tour of Niagara Falls was amazing!! Our tour guide Michael was so knowledgeable of the area and added a great twist of humor as well. Our driver Roman, was top notch. We were able to pack so much into the tour but never felt rushed. We highly recommend this tour!

My wife and I did the day tour in late October. The weather was cold, windy and rainy, so we were not sure how the trip was going to turn out. Michael was our guide on this day and I have to say that it was one of the best experiences we have had. He arrived at our hotel, for pickup, exactly when he said he would. The other members of the tour were all ready and picked up on time, which gave us an excellent start to the day. Michael is very knowledgeable of Toronto and all points leading to Niagara Falls. He has such a great and fun personality, which kept us all laughing and in good spirits the whole trip down and back. Even though we were pretty reserved, “don’t be shy” was the rule of the day, and made for a really fun trip. He is an excellent driver and maneuvered the streets and highways, like a true professional. We look forward to coming back when the weather is warmer and doing this trip again with friends and family. We highly recommend this tour and Michael. You will not regret it. Cheers Michael.
