I have not write any review but i am compelled to write here because it happened with me not once but many times.online route 112 always misses my stop which is montcalm crescent and when you asked them to stop rather than being sorry they rudly said that I have stopped ..seems like they do not have knowledge about stops

Worst bus service.
Bus 110 was already 5 min late and they didn't take turn to culp street they missed the turn and came from another street and asking to run is that the way you treat your passengers. How can a pregnant lady run and then they were giving training to a new driver.
Never had this bad experience.

Website not clear which app to get, Niagara Regional selection gets you an On-Demand app. in the end I just use Google to get info on the buses in Niagara Falls. You call the customer service and you are on hold with the usual corporate messages, after patiently waiting several minutes I am disconnected. That is public service!!
It is easier to plan a trip to Europe than trying to find a bus from The Niagara Falls GObus/train station to the Canadian Drive Hub for a bus to another town in Niagara Region.
The Fort Erie On-Demand system is a joke. Using the app, expect a minimum wait of 30 min, and depending on how chaotic the system is at that time you may be taken on a scenic tour because the driver is trying to pick up people who have been waiting even longer, or the app tells you that your ride is gone! Now you have to start all over again. The App gives several choices for pick up and drop off, but you cannot just enter a stop number, because that doesn't work. Three more choices but they all direct you to the map with pins that you have to enlarge so that you can select the pin of your choice.The staff is friendly and apologizes profusely, they are frustrated too with the On-Demand system. Their excuse "we are so busy". The system can't handle it. Who designed this system?

My wife and I use the bus no less than twice a day three days a week. Most drivers a good respectful. But there was one morning whe her and I walked (a 20 min walk it’s not a joke) so my wife and i where 30 seconds away the driver seen us I had the tickets in hand he drove off than he turns around and started to be rude to us like you now when we get to this spot and leave. FYI our place is a 20 min walk and I have anger issues this driver was so rude I wanted to smack him upside the head.hes on the heavy set side and says we’re lucky that he turnaround but doesn’t realize that he’s lucky that I bite my lip.some of them need to learn to show respect and I just went on their website so I can look up a route I need and and I couldn’t find it. Most of them don’t care aslong as their getting paid.

The Wego bus service is part of Niagara transit. When staying in the Falls, I can't recommend this service enough. It is an easy economical way to see the sights of interest and to get to attractions. There are stops close by most hotels. Although they should update info on maps at stop locals more regularly to make sure it's right. This week we had a little incident of waiting at a stop that was no longer active. Across the side street we saw another stop and moved to there. When it came, Chris the driver was extremely helpful and friendly and went out of his way to get us on track. Thank you Chris of bus 5203.

Some of the drivers are amazing. Some will even learn your name and ask how you are doing when you ride their route every day. Some of the drivers on the over hand leave something to be desired. The are rude, racist and ignorant.

Calling the transit office or speaking with a supervisor can be great sometimes and sometimes it can be a little frustrating since all the cities in the region help run the regional service. Other then that they are very helpful.

KNOW WHERE YOU'RE GOING!!! This transit system is as confusing as any I've ever experienced... Busses suddenly turn into other busses and then they disappear at certain times. The run times don't match with the app they suggest and they don't accept payment methods other than cash... And some stops aren't even stops depending on the time of year (?)

Very frustrating.

Customer service was so bad. I have to say it sucks. The lady who works at a counter ( blonde, wear black glasses ) was so rude, not attentive to customer . I came to ask her about Megabus, she only told me to wait at number 2 door but didnt tell me that Megabus and Coach Canada go together. When I missed my bus, she told me did I not see on the wall that 2 buses go together ? And then she told me she called it out but no one came. I was in the lobby at that time but I didnt hear my name called. This such a bad service ever. I wish i know her name . Such a rude person . She wont even show her welcoming. If anyone take a bus at this station make sure you pay attention. Sometimes these people dont give a damn about you .
