Chairs were stained with what looked like grease, room was not cleaned thoroughly and it is in a terrible location, right on a busy road. Bed was decently comfortable, found bugs in bathroom🤢. One small bar of soap and one bottle of shampoo, not even enough for two people.

I can't tell you how pleased I was to find Nipissing Inn. I have had numerous bad experiences with very dirty motel and hotel rooms and facilities, but this owner ensures that his motel building, and rooms, are impeccable - so pristine clean, such quality furniture, and comfortable beds. The heating and air conditioning unit keep the room at a very comfortable temperature. And the rates are not only affordable but you get much more than you pay for. The owner is always accessible and accommodating to any request. Customer service is as impeccable as the room itself. It is a little out of the way at the end of Lakeshore Drive in North Bay, but believe me - you are on the outskirts of the city, basically in the country, listening to the frogs croaking and the birds singing, there is very little traffic and the quiet atmosphere is well worth the drive. You are only a few minutes away from gas stations, restaurants and shopping. He only allows the best of clientele, so you feel safe and secure. This is as needful as a comfortable mattress and a clean environment when it comes to having a peaceful sleep. Whatever you're looking for, I'm sure you will be satisfied with your stay at Nipissing Inn. (Susan H.)

Very very nice and clean rooms. The owner is very serious and professional. He takes care of his establishment very well. It Is the level of professionalism of 4 stars hotels. I wish every motels were like this one ❤️ Thank you !!

This is a cute little motel easy to get to. rooms have been refurbished with paint carpet and new beds. we stayed in room 108 with a king bed. nice size with a fridge and microwave two sitting chairs. nice pillows and bed very nice. i would stay again.

Our original hotel(Travelodge) had double booked so I called the Nipissing Inn. They were so friendly and kind. They made room for us during very busy tourist season. And they were very clean, lovely, spacious rooms. Gorgeous tile bathtub and shower. We had a mini fridge (that held quite a bit of stuff) and a microwave and coffee maker in the room. If you ever been to North Bay you know all about shad flies. And this place was on top of keeping those little bugs away. I was so impressed. Very clean, amazing service and they kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. So thoughtful and generous and kind owners. We had a cute little bench outside our room to enjoy the views and the fresh air. And they even have wild raspberries on the side of the property. Definitely recommend this place. Was very affordable prices and beyond amazing service. I was actually happy the Travelodge double booked because this turned out to be a way better hotel. Our own entrance to our rooms. Parking right outside our room. Close to the beach and many amenities. This is my new go to place anytime I travel to North Bay. The owners were the icing on the cake and just incredible people. Family run and they take pride in what they do. I was blown away by the service and kindness. Will definitely be returning here again.
