My family stayed here for two nights. They raised my standards of what a B&B should be! Breakfast was amazing and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. The location is on a quiet cul-de-sac, so there was no concern with safety. Yet it is only a couple minutes from downtown. The biggest advantage of Noble House for us, was a small kitchen and lots of activities. There are several game tables-pool, ping pong, and shuffleboard. In addition, they have a comfortable theater, the river, and many more options to pursue.

A friend and I took a road trip at the beginning of June and at the recommendation from friends building a house in Grand Forks, we stayed at Noble House B&B, one that they had stayed at as well, over the past two years.

It is a wonderful B&B and what made it so lovely are the owners, Sean & Kathy. They were a delight to be around, so kind and friendly (also their family), humourous, and very hospitable! We enjoyed our conversations with them so much!

Their home is well-designed and one of the best B&B's that I have ever stayed in. The bedrooms are lovely with very comfortable beds, large bathrooms with soaker tubs and separate large shower, for each bedroom. The breakfasts were delicious, perfectly cooked, with lots of options to choose from. There is more than just bed and breakfast, there is a games room, kitchen, home theatre, even outdoor games. The home is located by a river which is so restful.

My friend and I will stay there again for sure. It was a very lovely experience!

Think of anything, they have it. Huge home theatre, ping pong, pool, shuffle board, bocce, giant chess, hot tub, river view. Justin and Shauna were fantastic hosts, very generous with their space, beautiful dogs, and a killer breakfast. Loved the company...my parents talked to them for hours, lol.

Winter weather required us to find this last minute accommodation. What a wonderful gem of a place and hosts to match. Highlights were the theatre room, breakfast chats, snooker table and soaker tub. Will definitely be back.

A lovely house in a great location, but there is more! what sets this place apart from the rest ...... excellent guest facilities, managed by a friendly, helpful couple; large comfortable rooms and multiple breakfast options served at a time of your choice. Outside a riverside location, games area, hot tub and pool; inside amenities that really spoil you, cinema, pool table, table tennis, shuffle board, and more. Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Sean and Kathy are lovely hosts and made sure we had a comfortable stay. River access and very close to the town. Had a dip in the small pool for some relief from the heat. Breakfast order submitted before hand but nice to have the choice of what you wanted. Frittatas highly recommended as well as fruit smoothie . Very covid aware and grateful for that. Would definitely recommend this B & B for anyone staying in the Grand Forks area.

My husband and myself attended a family wedding in Grand Forks and our niece booked us accommodation at the Noble House Bed and Breakfast for 3 nights. It is an absolutely amazing home, somewhat like a castle. Downstairs are the guest bedrooms and enormous common area, high ceilings, kitchen, full size snooker table, table tennis, shuffleboard, fooseball, sitting area, with tv, too many indoor items to list. Outside is a hot tub, bocce pitch, large chess set, seating, etc. we stayed in the “Romance” room, also incredible, huge room with king size bed, tv, and the bathroom has a soaker tub and the largest open shower I’ve ever seen. I haven’t even mentioned the amazing breakfasts served to us, with a choice of items, all delicious! We felt so much at home there, we had privacy, but could also be sociable. Sean and Cathy Noble are incredibly hospitable, always caring about their guests needs. I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast - it is a 10 out of 10!!

We had the good fortune to stay at Noble House for two nights earlier this month.||Fantastic value, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. ||Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet.||In addition our lovely bedroom and bath, we had access to a fantastic games room /common area and a patio. We were able to use the adjacent kitchen area to prepare a dinner for ourselves. ||Covid protocols were excellent, including completely understandable adjustments to their usual breakfast service. ||We enjoyed an afternoon walk along the river and also toured the area by car.||Thank you to Sean and Kathy for hosting us. We will be recommending your beautiful B & B to our friends. ||
