You can take a bus from here to go to Many places. They give you name tags for your luggage. Each luggage gets a name tag with information of your name , phone number and email address. The seats are not assigned so feel free to take any. If you do not have a ticket you can buy one at the gate. The drivers are super friendly and very kind and helpful. They always are happy to give you any information you may need regarding your travel. The place inside is spacious and clean. There is free Wi-Fi if in case you need to connect with your loved ones or need to finish that last work report. There is a tunnel that goes from bus/train station to the North Gate mall across the street. They have enough onsite parking for cars to pick up and drop off passengers.

I will be here again in 2026 arriving on the New Northlander, and the staff are great here and there is a access tunnel to the Mall.

I was pointed to a danderous and wrong direction (by a staff of the station) where

I might have been hit by the train, or fall into pits of water.....

(They can't open the door for me so that I might pass through the tunnel to Walmart - 'cause I was there at 8:36 pm without knowing it would be closed at 8:30. That is) they are not allowed to let me enter the building, or more accurately I was not allowed to enter the building past hours - FINE, but) - they allow me to WALK ALONG (or beside) the track in order to find a trail leading to the parking lot of the shopping centre in the dark!!?
