I'm always amazed by the service and quality of work at North Island Lube. The boys are always fast and efficient. Their customer service is the best! As an older woman and going in alone a lot of places would try the hard upsell, NOT this place. They let me know what they saw but didn't try to push me into anything. Job well done guys!!!!! This is my go to place!!!!

I don't like that this place is on top of a steep little hill... you have to give it gas to get up this little hill and then stop abruptly as to not to hit anyone of anything and make sure you don't drive into the pit.

other than location, the guys working here are great at their jobs and I truly appreciated being able to understand and communicate with them efficiently. service was great.

I did my own brake pad and rotor change but was having some binding issues on the front brakes afterwards that weren't apparent until the day before going on vacation. They fit me in and did a better job of cleaning the calipers, lubricating the brake pad tabs etc. They also identified a piston issue which should be addressed at the next brake service. Very prompt and friendly service. Will be our go to for vehicle service that I can't or don't want to do myself.

Pulled up for a super quick and convenient Sunday oil change. Professional and courteous. They even helped me figure out how to reset the oil light in my gf’s car. Very happy with the service

Sorry, I'm still cleaning my driveway up from my last oil change. The plug was not installed correctly and I have a large oil spill as a result.
They did top up the oil and gave me an oil remover spray and rags to clean up, to their credit.
But I've never had this happen in almost 60 years of oil changes.

The service workers were very friendly and helpful. They changed the oil pvc plug and vacuumed the driver and passenger floors and washed my Tech mats and checked all fluid levels. I am very pleased.
